Driver eligibility
YAVA uses KYC and vehicle-document states to determine whether a driver or vehicle is eligible to publish rides. Verification status may change when documents expire or require resubmission.
Trip information
Use the confirmed booking information, route, vehicle and authorized driver details. If something materially differs, contact support and prioritize personal safety.
Communication privacy
Chat and phone access are scoped to appropriate booking stages rather than public ride listings.
Location
Live driver location is intended for authorized operational windows. Background location should be collected only when required for an active trip or service purpose and with platform permissions.
SOS
YAVA can record SOS context, location and operational handling. It does not guarantee direct police, ambulance or emergency-service dispatch. In an immediate emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service as soon as safely possible.
Risk review
Seat-blocking, repeated cancellation, no-show and device or account patterns can contribute to risk signals. Signals are evidence for review, not automatic proof of wrongdoing.
